937 Colville

We're excited to say that Esquimalt council approved rezoning for this project! We're now working on finalizing the plans and layout for the development permit and if all goes well, construction should start by the spring or early summer 2020!


937 Colville is a six-unit (all two bedroom) townhouse designed for young people, downsizing professionals or retirees looking for a townhouse option in a great and walkable neigbourhood near parks and outdoor amenities. 


A 10 minute bike ride from downtown Victoria and a five minute ride to downtown Esquimalt, these units will attract people who are looking to leave their car at home (or on the car-lot) and who want a short, active commute to where they work, exercise and play.


We've gone with a classically designed 2.5 storey building, which will look like many of the larger homes in the neighbourhood with peaked roofs, attic venting and large windows and entrances that face the street.
